Sam is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a proud North Carolina native. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and completed his Master of Science in Nursing at Simmons University. With over a decade of experience in diverse healthcare settings, Sam brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to patient care.

He is dedicated to creating an inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment where individuals from all walks of life feel valued and heard. Sam is especially skilled in the management of chronic conditions and takes a holistic approach to promoting long-term wellness.

Outside the clinic, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors with his partner and their dog, making the most of nature whenever he can.
