Amity Medical Group is a nonprofit medical practice providing high-quality, affordable primary care to the greater Charlotte area, including Gaston and Mecklenburg Counties. We offer Adult & Pediatric Primary Care, on-site pharmacy services, HIV & Infectious Disease Care, Diabetes Care, and Addiction Medicine & Counseling, including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Community Pantry Sponsor
Our food pantry is available to all patients and community members in need, regardless of whether they have a scheduled appointment. The pantry currently operates on a very limited budget and relies heavily on local donations.
Your sponsorship helps provide:
- Nonperishable food items

- Hygiene and household essentials
- Emergency food support for families in crisis

- $500 Sponsor – Helps stock pantry shelves for approximately 1 week
