After hours care is provided by appointment only at our Park Rd. location Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you are having a medical emergency, please dial 911.

If you are an established patient, with an urgent need after hours, and would like a return call from the on-call provider, you may leave an urgent message for the provider on-call by dialing 704-208-4134.

Non-urgent messages will be addressed by our staff the next business day.
