Heather Manos MD, FASAM
Medical Director of Addiction Medicine & Recovery
Dr. Heather Manos is a board-certified addiction medicine and family practice physician. Her interest in family medicine was borne from personal history and out of a desire to care for underserved and medically disenfranchised populations. She has worked in multiple medical settings, including the Indian Health Service in Cherokee, NC, family medicine, urgent care, and now addiction medicine specialty care.

Michelle Clanton, MSAC, LCAS, LQP, brings over two decades of personal recovery experience and a profound dedication to helping others to her role as the Behavioral Health Team Lead. With a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling and credentials as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and Licensed Qualified Professional, Michelle embodies the principles of collaboration, compassion, integrity, and empathy that define our integrative care facility.
