Jason L. Hardin is a graduate of Winston Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He is a recent graduate of the Duke University School of Nursing’s (DUSON) Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Program with an HIV specialty. Jason has had a long career in the medical field, spending the last 20 years of his career leading and working as a registered nurse in Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center’s Open Heart and Main operating rooms prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. Jason notes he gets his compassion, care, and concern for others from his humble upbringing in High Point, North Carolina by a single mother who was a stern, resourceful, and strong woman who empowered her children to succeed. Jason enjoys traveling, cooking, fine dining, watching sports, and staying up with the latest fashion trends.
