It is not uncommon for individuals to go through a hard time, to be facing more than you can handle, or to feel lost, and not know where to go or what to do next. Life is full of hardships, circumstances, and challenges.

I feel it is perfectly fine to be exactly where you are right now, but it may not be healthy for you to stay there. I will strive to help navigate you through your individual needs. I use a unique modality of treatment for each individual. I want to help you create new goals, ideas and thoughts that are positive and achievable. No matter what you’re going through I will meet you where you are and we can start this journey together. I obtained my Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2018, since then I am a dually Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate.

My Approach

I believe in treatment that accommodates the totality of each person's unique, individual, physical, psychological, and emotional needs. Some of these approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, person centered therapy, and EMDR therapy. While utilizing these therapeutic modalities I will be supportive and encouraging to help you create positive life changes. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, complex trauma, personality disorders, serious and chronic mental illnesses and addictive behaviors.
